Return/ Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.

We do not exchange for incorrect purchase but will offer a 50% purchase credit for any item damaged or not in proper condition within 2-3 days of receiving item. All items are throughly inspected for damages prior to shipment. Please send any proof of damages to info@a2apparelkids.com within 2-3 days. Be sure to include your order number, name and images of damaged product.
Orders/ Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping between 3-5 business day. If there is any delay to shipping you will be notified via email with an update. Processing and shipments will expect delays during the holidays.
Item Care
Items sold at A2 Apparel are machine washable (do not dry clean unless item is specifically listed below).

- Recommend to machine wash items in cold water inside out, air dry to maintain quality or low machine dry is acceptable.

*A2 Apparel is not responsible for any shrinkage, or damages after purchases and items have been worn.
